24 листопада відбулася онлайн-зустріч партнерів проєкту, присвячена координації подальших етапів його реалізації напередодні отримання першого траншу фінансування від Європейського Союзу. Захід став важливим етапом підготовки до активної фази виконання проєкту та забезпечив узгодження фінансових, адміністративних і організаційних процесів між усіма партнерами.

   Під час першої частини зустрічі було детально розглянуто фінансові та адміністративні процедури, пов'язані з використанням коштів проєкту. Представники координуючої установи спільно з експертом з бюджетування проєктів ЄС від організації OnProjects ознайомили учасників із механізмом переказу фінансування, правилами використання коштів відповідно до затверджених бюджетних ліній, вимогами до фінансової документації, звітності та підтверджувальних документів. Учасники мали можливість поставити запитання щодо практичних аспектів фінансового менеджменту, бухгалтерського супроводу та кадрового адміністрування, що дозволило уніфікувати підходи до реалізації проєкту та мінімізувати можливі ризики на початковому етапі.

   Друга частина зустрічі була присвячена підготовці стартової очної зустрічі партнерів, запланованої на січень у місті Ясси. Учасники обговорили попередні дати проведення заходу, ключові організаційні питання, логістику, а також основні тематичні напрями майбутньої зустрічі. Координатор проєкту представив попередній порядок денний та окреслив очікувані результати першої офлайн-зустрічі, що дозволило партнерам розпочати планування відряджень і внутрішню підготовку до заходу.

   За результатами зустрічі було досягнуто спільного розуміння наступних кроків щодо фінансового адміністрування проєкту та організації стартових заходів. Учасники підтвердили готовність до подальшої співпраці та відзначили важливість регулярної комунікації для забезпечення ефективної реалізації проєкту відповідно до вимог програми Європейського Союзу.

On November 24, an online meeting of the project partners was held, dedicated to coordinating the subsequent phases of project implementation ahead of receiving the first funding installment from the European Union. The event marked an important milestone in preparing for the active phase of the project, ensuring the alignment of financial, administrative, and organizational processes among all partners.

The first part of the meeting focused on a detailed review of the financial and administrative procedures related to the allocation of project funds. Representatives of the coordinating institution, together with an EU project budgeting expert from OnProjects, familiarized the participants with the funding transfer mechanism, the rules for using funds according to the approved budget lines, and the requirements for financial documentation, reporting, and supporting evidence. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the practical aspects of financial management, accounting support, and human resources administration, which allowed for the standardization of approaches to project implementation and minimized potential risks at the initial stage.

The second part of the meeting was devoted to preparing for the in-person kick-off meeting of the partners, scheduled for January in the city of Iași. The participants discussed tentative dates for the event, key organizational matters, logistics, and the main thematic directions of the upcoming meeting. The project coordinator presented a preliminary agenda and outlined the expected outcomes of the first offline meeting, enabling partners to begin travel planning and internal preparations for the event.

As a result of the meeting, a shared understanding was achieved regarding the next steps in project financial administration and the organization of kick-off activities. The participants confirmed their readiness for further cooperation and highlighted the importance of regular communication to ensure effective project implementation in accordance with the requirements of the European Union programme.
